Turnaround
Items are made to order and shipped in 10-14 business days unless otherwise stated.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking number when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days of your purchase. Customer pays shipping back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable), Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the form of payment made a purchase or a store credit. Shipping costs from Steel City Metal Works to buyer are not refundable, nor is Shipping Costs from buyer to Steel City Metal Works.
